BrainSpace Clinic offers a range of services including Psychotherapy, Cognitive Rehabilitation, Concussion Treatment, Clinical Supervision, and Professional Speaking. These services cater to various psychological and neurological needs, focusing on client-centered and evidence-based approaches.
With the exception of professional speaking engagements, all our services are offered virtually. This allows us to provide flexible, convenient, and accessible care to our clients within Ontario.
In your first session, you will meet with your therapist to discuss your concerns, goals, and background. This session is an opportunity for us to understand your needs and for you to ask any questions about the therapy process.
Currently, we do not directly bill insurance companies. However, many insurance plans will reimburse for psychological services. We recommend checking with your insurance provider about coverage for our services. We provide signed receipts will all required information for submission to your insurance company.
Due to regulatory standards, we are only able to provide therapy services to individuals located within Ontario. We recommend clients outside of Ontario seek local psychological services.
Our psychotherapy services can help with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and more. We specialize in trauma therapy and use therapeutic approaches like CBT, EFT, Humanistic Therapy, and MBSR.
