Jasmine Segal is a passionate and empathetic Registered Social Worker (RSW) specializing in trauma, crisis counseling, and catastrophic injuries. With a wealth of experience in addressing complex issues such as PTSD, grief, sexual violence, and relationship dynamics, she guides individuals through profound life changes and emotional turmoil.

Utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Jasmine tailors her interventions to align with the unique needs of each client. She is dedicated to fostering a safe, trauma-informed environment that encourages healing and personal empowerment.

Currently, Jasmine serves at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, providing essential support to patients in critical care and emergency situations, as well as those recovering from burn injuries. Her previous work with vulnerable populations and leadership in bereavement care initiatives highlight her strong commitment to social justice and community well-being.

Jasmine earned her Master of Social Work (Honors) from York University and her Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University. She actively pursues professional development and advocates for improvements within the healthcare sector. Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys in her spare time, hikes, dance, yoga, and a good book.
